Hi CSMH happy Friday I'm Sophia I'm in 5th grade and today I'll be doing your morning announcements.  I would like to start today off with an inspirational quote by Martin Luther King Jr., "We must accept infinite disappointment but never lose infinite hope." In my 5th grade enrichment class we just finished making posters to represent a family tradition we have.  Here's mine Speaking of family traditions, CSMH is inviting students, parents and staff to share a video or text about their family traditions.  This weekend is a great time to go through your closet and clean out your garage to help CSMH and the Earth you can donate bikes, sports equipment and other things you aren't using to our sweet deals fundraiser check out the Sweet Deals flyer for more information. Get ready to show off your school spirit at next week's Spring Spirit Week.  Participate in Neon Day Disney Day, Tie-Dye Day and Ohana Day.  See the flyer in today's morning announcements for more information Help CSMH show healthcare workers our appreciation by writing a note or making a card put it in the box outside the gate to the school entrance by the end of March In honor of women's history month, a woman that inspires me is my mom, she takes care of me and I look up to her. My mom is hardworking and always tells me I can do anything I put my mind into.  Remember to give your input and help your favorite influential women advance to the Final Four.  Polls close today at noon and Principal Pfefferlen will announce the results on Monday.  Now on to birthday announcements. Today March 26th we have Liliane and Zane in 6th grade, Sophia in 7th grade and Emee in 8th grade and on Sunday March 28th we have Avery in 4th grade Happy Birthday Help our community stop the spread of Covid 19 by following these rules.  Wear a mask. Make sure it covers your nose and your mouth wait to gather wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth stay 6 feet apart from others when you can and wear a face covering in public when you can't Happy Friday CSMH and have an awesome weekend!
