hey guys it's mrs. fackrell in here happy Tuesday I hope that you have all enjoyed a nice long relaxing weekend this is an exciting week for us here at charter school because starting tomorrow we will be welcoming back some sec Graeter's to do in-person learning so any parents that are dropping students off on campus starting this week we are going to be asking you to show us your covid-19 meaning you will show us your little Staffmark on your phone as you drop students off and that will let us know that you're screening is completed so please make sure you have that ready for us if for any reason you have difficulty with the parent Square app please go ahead and give us a call at and we will help you would you rather the question of the week would you rather live in an amusement park for a zoo I had to think about this quite a bit because I love amusement parks in roller coasters growing up but right now my oldest daughter is studying to become a vet so I had to side on the on the zoo choice and think about spending time with the animals so what will you choose be sure to vote by Wednesday post will close and your results will be posted on Thursday it is not too late to still record your Macarena video we have extended the deadline tell them night so push yourself outside your comfort zone record your video and upload it don't have a few spots left open in the third grade art project in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month please see the flyer in the message today if you would like to participate speaking of participation this is game week for students in fifth through eighth grade today is 6th grade game day so if you are interested please make sure to log on at 1:45 we have two birthdays to celebrate today we have Aiden and laylee and first grade and we have Zoe and eighth grade we wish them a very happy birthday and a wonderful year ahead and I can't leave you without a safety message today I'm going to remind you to wash your hands frequently and when you do so do it for at least 20 seconds some people find it really helpful to sing a little song in their head so they know when it's okay to stop everybody on campus is working so hard to follow safety Pro 2 and stay safe and we want you to stay safe at home as well that's all I have for you today and I wish you a great day and a great week of learning and I look forward to seeing you again soon take care
