good morning Charter School of Morgan Hill it's mrs. Darling here coming to you with the Monday morning announcements hopefully we're going to have a little bit of a smoother leak this but in the meantime one to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation for all of those all those of you in our community who stepped up to help others last week you came forward and offer shelter for people and animals technology assistance for people who were displaced and it just made the biggest difference again we have an amazing community and we are definitely stronger together so thank you start this Monday morning with some very important announcement and that is our Monday birthdays we have Zoe and kindergarten and Nathan and fifth grade were celebrating their birthdays today so happy birthday to the two of you and we will feel wonderful year ahead as you notice I'm coming to you from my virtual office again today and I was looking at my bulletin board this week and realize what I'm really missing are all of the little notes and pick at the students Tommy during the year they've come in a visit and share a little treat for me to hang on my board and it will just drive ins at my office student if you have any extra time Han and want to email me a quick little note or scan me a picture that you have drawn I would love to receive those today is the last day for our annual giving program so parents is really important if you haven't already done so you need to log on today and make sure that form is filled out even if you're not able to give it this time our teachers are able to earn a little bit of extra spending money in the budget to 100% of the forms are turned in I'm there class so please if you haven't already done so make sure you do that by the end of today let's move on to our would you rather polls last week's 52% of you said that you would birthday cake then Pizza I wonder what you're going to pick this week the question is would you rather own an airplane or I wonder if you can figure out which one I would rather own I left you a little hint on my bulletin board this morning make sure that you log in and vote polls will close on Wednesday and results will be published on Thursday and cheetahs I have another exciting news for you we are working up to a spirit week that's going to take place on September week of September 14th we will be back in touch with some additional details about that and I also wanted to share a safety message are today and this is why that I'm constantly having to remind myself about and that is to keep your hands away from your eyes nose and mouth as I said I'm really bad at this itentive always touch my especially you know what I'm thinking I'm some constantly reminding myself to not do that and ask that you remind yourself to keep your hands away from your eyes nose and mouth was well and that's all I have for you today hope that again this is us next week for all of us that most of our families have been returned to their home and I wish you all a wonderful week of one take care
