A public lottery was held on
Wednesday, April 2nd @ CSMH
to determine placement for any class
whose enrollment exceeded capacity.

ENROLLMENT FORM SUBMISSIONS: Forms will not be accepted by the school until the first day of open enrollment. Copies of Birth Certificates and current immunization records will be required by all entering students. Incoming kinders must be 5 by Sept. 1, 2007. Incoming kinders do NOT have to have up-to-date immunization records until June 1.

Remember that CSMH is a public school and is open to all students. Certain priorities for enrollment, however, have been provided in our charter (for example, siblings of current students). To view our admissions policy and see a list of enrollment priorities, click here.

Admissions Information

As a public school, the Charter School of Morgan Hill is open to all students, but we do have several enrollment priorities outlined in our charter. Details can be found here and in our charter.
In 2003, the CSMH Board of Directors adopted a new policy to allow students who are currently waitlisted to maintain their current waitlist position if they re-enroll during our open enrollment period. To learn more, click here.

Family-School Involvement Agreement Framework

Strong family involvement is a key element of our mission and philosophy. It is our hope that families who chose to enroll will share this philosophy and agree to be involved with both the children and the school. Appendix C of our Charter is intended to help clarify our intent to create a school with a strong family involvement component. This framework can be found here and also in our charter appendices.
