Enrollment Overview

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in the Charter School of Morgan Hill. CSMH is a non-sectarian, tuition-free public school that is open to all residents of the State of California. The School admits all pupils who wish to attend, up to the Charter School's capacity. If the number of pupils who wish to attend exceeds the Charter School's capacity, admission, except for existing pupils, shall be determined by a public random drawing. CSMH accepts and serves all students, including English learners, non-U.S. citizens, students with disabilities, low-income students, and students who are struggling academically or require additional academic support.   In addition, to help increase the Charter School's enrollment of socio-economically disadvantaged students, the lottery will be weighted at a ratio of 2:1 for those identified as socio-economically disadvantaged.

It is important that all required forms are completed and submitted within the dates of the open enrollment period in order to be eligible for the lottery. Incomplete applications for enrollment will not be considered.
