Strong API Score for CSMH - 831
Tentative scores released as of October 2005 -- CSMH scored 831 in our fourth year of operation
based on the 2005 Spring STAR testing

The tentative API scores have been given by the State. CSMH did an excellent job again this year. Our tentative API score is 831, well above the state average and once again the second highest score compared to other Morgan Hill public schools. This score is a compilation of last Spring's standardized test scores and other demographic and educational data that the state compresses into a single number.

Tentative scores are given so that districts and schools can correct any data mistakes by the State. Corrected scores are released again in January. At this time, the Charter School has not found any mistakes to report.

Our high scores are a real tribute to our students, staff and their parents. As partners, we are having a positive educational influence on our students.

While standardized testing provides just one measure of success, we are proud of our students' accomplishments on this test battery.
